- What are your operating hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pm.
+ What time should my cart be out?
Please place the carts at the curb by 7am and leave them out until 6pm on collection day.
+ How should I place my cart?
Place your cart at the curb with the lid towards the street and the handles towards your home. Leave about an arm’s length between carts and keep them clear of any vehicles or obstacles.
+ When will my truck be here?
Collection times can vary. Please leave your cart out for collection until the end of the collection day.
+ I received a contamination tag, what does it mean?
A contamination tag indicates that non-recyclable items were found in your cart. Please remove the items and place the cart out on your next scheduled collection day.
+ What items are accepted in recycling?
Most paper, cardboard, plastic, glass and metal containers are accepted. Please empty/rinse containers, remove lids, and flatten cardboard. If you are unsure if it goes in recycling, please visit Recycling in Ontario | Circular Materials
+ I manage a multi-residential building. Can I book an extra lift?
Yes, you can book an extra lift. Choose Multi-Res Extra Lift, select your property from the pre-loaded address list, and click submit.
