Please note: Our Residential general service boundary is north of Hwy 290. If you reside South of Hwy 290, please see our Houston South site holiday schedule. (exception for HCMUD 434 residents who are serviced by our Houston North site.)

Memorial Day

Residential: No change. Normal service will be provided except for the customers listed below.

  • Atascocita Park/Timbers Customers – Trash service will be collected on your next regularly scheduled collection day.

Commercial: No change. Normal service will be provided.

Independence Day

Residential: No change. Normal service will be provided except for the customers listed below.

  • Atascocita Park/Timbers Customers – Trash service will be collected on your next regularly scheduled collection day.

Commercial: No change. Normal service will be provided.

Labor Day

Residential: No change. Normal service will be provided except for the customers listed below.

  • Atascocita Park/Timbers Customers – Trash service will be collected on your next regularly scheduled collection day.

Commercial: No change. Normal service will be provided.

Thanksgiving Day

Residential: No services provided.

  • Residents with twice a week service will be serviced on your next regularly scheduled collection day.
  • Residents with weekly service on Thursday will be serviced on the following business day.
  • City of Tomball Customers will be serviced on Friday, November 26.
  • MUD 24 recycle and bulk services will be serviced the following Thursday, December 2.

Commercial: No services provided.

  • Service will run a day behind, and all accounts will be caught up by Saturday, November 27.

Please not that if your location(s) are closed for the holiday and we do not have access, your service will resume on the next scheduled service day.

Christmas Day

Residential: No services provided.

  • Residents with twice a week service, will be serviced on your next regularly scheduled collection day.
  • Residents with weekly service will be serviced the following business day.
  • City of Tomball will be serviced the following business day.
  • MUD 24 recycle and bulk services will be serviced the following week.

Commercial: No services provided.

  • Service will run a day behind, and all accounts will be caught up by Saturday, January 1, 2022.Please not that if your location(s) are closed for the holiday and we do not have access, your service will resume on the next scheduled service day.

 New Year ’s Day  

Residential: No services provided.

  • Residents with twice weekly service, trash will be collected on your next regularly scheduled service day.
  • Residents with weekly service will be serviced the following business day.
  • City of Tomball will be serviced the following business day.
  • MUD 24 recycle and bulk service will be serviced the following week.

Commercial: No services provided.

  • Service will run a day behind, and all accounts will be caught up by Saturday, January 8, 2022.

Please not that if your location(s) are closed for the holiday and we do not have access, your service will resume on the next scheduled service day.

*** Additional Holiday Service Week Information:

  • Service times will likely be later than usual with the additional holiday volume and wait times at our landfills. If we are not able to complete our catch-up service due to these factors, service will continue the next day.
  • Recycle and bulk collection services could be discontinued during the holiday week and will resume as normal on the next scheduled service day.
    • If your recycle day falls on a holiday, your service will resume on you next scheduled collection day. If you have more than will fit in your recycle container, please put extra materials in clear or white bags and/or boxes.
