Boy’s fascination with recycling sparks special friendship

EDMONTON, AB, October 16, 2019 – Every week, seven-year-old Remington McMorrow waits with excitement and anticipation for the big green GFL recycling truck to turn down his street. The truck holds such fascination for the young man that he has developed a special friendship with its driver, Reggie Fadeyi, who he greets enthusiastically when the truck stops at his house.

Fadeyi said that since he started his position with GFL last year, it has been his pleasure to take time to connect with Remington when he comes to say ‘hi’.
