GFL Director of Emergency Response appointed CERCA Chair

GFL’s Director of Emergency Response David Hill was appointed Chair of the Canadian Emergency Response Contractors’ Alliance (CERCA) in a landslide election at the organization’s Semi-annual General Meeting in Toronto.

Hill previously held the role of CERCA Vice-Chair and worked closely with former Chair Shawn Barton during his tenure as leader.

CERCA provides and promotes a sound dangerous goods emergency response contractor network in Canada. The organization is responsible for the verification of emergency response services across the country to the industry’s TEAP III standard.
