We’re delighted to introduce GFL Environmental (“GFL”) as your new solid waste services partner. GFL acquired your account from 1329483 Ontario Limited dba R&D Recycling (“R&D”) on July 1, 2021, and we are very excited to be working with you going forward.

What you can expect from us going forward:

• We are working hard to minimize changes and we are committed to providing safe, professional, and high quality service that you’ve come to know.
• The service you receive will remain the same, but we may change:
  • Your service day, though v u will be informed in advance of any alteration.
  • Your container if it shows signs of needing replacement, but you’ll be notified before we do this.
• We’ll be ‘Going Green’, so you’ll notice our look start to change over time. Our trucks will get the GFL logo and a fresh coat of signature green paint, our employees will get new uniforms, and your invoices will feature GFL branding.
