GFL is proud to serve Caswell Beach and support the unique coastal communities of Oak Island and eastern Brunswick County. Through GFL’s Full Circle Project (FCP), we turn our local operational presence into direct investments in regional education, sports accessibility, and affordable community housing.
GFL proudly partnered with the Rotary Club of South Brunswick Islands through a $5,000 FCP donation under the Arts, Culture, and Education class. These proceeds directly fund reading programs developed in partnership with Brunswick Community College. Eight of our local team members volunteered to attend their annual event, supporting childhood learning.
GFL donated $5,000 to the Special Olympics of Brunswick County, supporting sports training and year-round competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. To show our local branch support, 15 GFL employees took the plunge in the annual polar plunge charity fundraiser.
To support local poverty reduction and storm-rebuilding initiatives, GFL contributed $7,500 to Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity. Habitat’s focus on salvaging and reusing materials directly keeps waste out of local landfills. Fifteen GFL volunteers participate in home builds and coordinate lunches for volunteers.
From quiet beachside curbside collection to commercial front-load dumpsters, GFL Environmental delivers dependable waste services across Caswell Beach. Our reliable solutions simplify waste management and keep your residences clean and green. Contact 910.338.2268 to get started today.
