GFL is proud to serve Supply and invest in the vitality of our coastal and rural neighborhoods. Through GFL’s Full Circle Project (FCP), we turn our local presence into direct support for childhood education, athletic programs, and affordable housing initiatives across Brunswick County.
GFL proudly partnered with the Rotary Club of South Brunswick Islands through a $5,000 FCP donation under the Arts, Culture, and Education class. These proceeds directly fund reading programs developed in partnership with Brunswick Community College. Eight of our local team members volunteered to attend their annual event, supporting childhood learning.
GFL donated $5,000 to the Special Olympics of Brunswick County, supporting sports training and year-round competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. To show our local branch support, 15 GFL employees took the plunge in the annual polar plunge charity fundraiser.
To support local poverty reduction and storm-rebuilding initiatives, GFL contributed $7,500 to Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity. Habitat’s focus on salvaging and reusing materials directly keeps waste out of local landfills. Fifteen GFL volunteers participate in home builds and coordinate lunches for volunteers.
From neighborhood curbside pickup to commercial front-load dumpsters, GFL Environmental provides comprehensive waste management services to residents and businesses in and around Supply.
