GFL donates $1M in support of Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket

NEWMARKET, ON, March 28, 2018 — A $1 million donation supports residential hospice care closer to home.

Green For Life (GFL) Environmental Inc. has made the large donation to help the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation get closer to its Love Lives Here campaign goal to build the Margaret Bahen Hospice for York Region.

“GFL is proud to be a supporter of the Love Lives Here campaign,” GFL president and CEO Patrick Dovigi. “We are all touched by the struggle of families coping with end-of-life care and understand the significant difference that the hospice can make to those families.”
