Through our flagship Full Circle Project, GFL directs corporate donations and volunteer support to local charities that empower families across Brunswick County.
GFL proudly partnered with the Rotary Club of South Brunswick Islands through a $5,000 FCP donation under the Arts, Culture, and Education class. These proceeds directly fund reading programs developed in partnership with Brunswick Community College. Eight of our local team members volunteered to attend their annual event, supporting childhood learning.
GFL donated $5,000 to the Special Olympics of Brunswick County, supporting sports training and year-round competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. To show our local branch support, 15 GFL employees took the plunge in the annual polar plunge charity fundraiser.
To support local poverty reduction and storm-rebuilding initiatives, GFL contributed $7,500 to Brunswick County Habitat for Humanity. Habitat’s focus on salvaging and reusing materials directly keeps waste out of local landfills. Fifteen GFL volunteers participate in home builds and coordinate lunches for volunteers.
From convenient residential curbside programs to professional business solutions, GFL Environmental makes sustainable waste management simple in Leland. For day-of-service curbside scheduling or container repair inquiries, residents can contact our local Bolivia dispatch office at 910.338.2268
