The service you receive will remain the same, but we may change:
The time of day that you normally receive service, so please have your containers out the night before.
Your service day, though you will be informed in advance of any alteration.
Your container if it shows signs of needing replacement, but you’ll be notified before we do this.
We will update this section if there are any immediate changes to your service.
In order to access your new online account, you’ll first need your new account number. This will be reflected on your first invoice from GFL Environmental.
Once you have received your invoice from GFL Environmental, click here to login to your account.
Billing And Payment
For the protection of your personal data, GFL is not able to transfer billing preferences or payment details from your former service provider.
Therefore, if you wish to use ebilling or direct payment, you will need to set this up in your online account. Before you can set this up, you’ll need to receive your first GFL invoice showing your new account number. Once you receive your first invoice, click here for step by step instructions.
