What is FCP?
FCP is a unique community-driven charitable giving program that lets our customers decide how a portion of our donations are directed!
What kinds of charities do you support?
We support charities that fall under our seven charity classes, which are specially selected to ensure we cover a wide variety of causes. They are: Animal Welfare; Cancer and Medical Wellness; Nature Conservation; Poverty Reduction; First Responders and Veterans; Family Wellness; Arts, Culture and Education.
Who can participate?
FCP is currently open to all GFL commercial customers. If your municipality is a customer of residential services or if you area residential subscription customer, you can sign up for email alerts and we’ll notify you when FCP is available in your area.
How do I participate?
You can vote for your preferred charity class quickly and easily through our straightforward online form, and also suggest individual charities to receive donations. Sign up here.
Is there a cost to participate?
No – it’s absolutely free to participate in FCP!

Is there any additional commitment?
There’s no obligation once you’ve signed up and selected your charity class. FCP is about more than donating funds. GFL Employees will be regularly participating in volunteer efforts in your area, and you’re welcome to join us when we do! GFL will keep you up-to-date on where and how donations are made, including which charities receive them, so you can see how your input is actively making a difference within your community!
