We are delighted to introduce GFL Environmental (“GFL”) as your new solid waste services partner. GFL acquired your account from L & N Disposal (dba Greenway Disposal) on September 1, 2021, and we are very excited to be working with you going forward.

GFL is the fourth largest diversified environmental services company in North America, providing a comprehensive line of non-hazardous solid waste management, liquid waste management, and infrastructure and soil remediation services through its platform of facilities throughout Canada and in more than half of the U.S. states, and is ideally situated to continue to meet the high service standards you have come to expect.

What you can expect from us going forward:

• We are working hard to minimize changes and we are committed to providing the safe, professional, and high-quality service that you’ve come to know.
• The service you receive will remain the same, but we may change:
• Your service day, though you will be informed in advance of any alteration.
• Your container if it shows signs of needing replacement, but you’ll be notified before we do this.
• Your payment portal will be changing in the coming weeks. We will keep you informed on steps to create an account and log in when that time comes, but for the time being, you can continue to submit payments as you always have in your existing payment portal.
• We’ll be ‘Going Green’, so you’ll notice our look start to change over time. Our trucks will get the GFL logo and a fresh coat of signature green paint, our employees will get new uniforms, and your invoices will feature GFL branding. You’ll also have access to our MyAccount payment portal with your first invoice.
