We’re delighted to introduce GFL Environmental (“GFL”) as your new environmental solutions partner. GFL acquired your account from Terrapure Environmental Ltd. (“Terrapure”) on August 17, 2021, and we are very excited to be working with you going forward.

You’ll be able to continue to access services from Terrapure the same way you always have, working with the same great people providing the same quality services.

With this in mind, below is some information that will help you during the transition process:

• On matters relating to service scheduling, pricing, contracts and partnerships, all operations will remain business as usual.
• We’ll be ‘Going Green’ in the future, so you’ll notice our look start to change over time. Our trucks will get the GFL logo and signature green paint, our employees will get new uniforms, and your invoices will feature GFL branding. This transition will not impact your services.
• Though the company name and look will change, you can rely on us to continue delivering the safe, high-quality local service you’ve come to know from Terrapure. You’ll be served by our dedicated team of professionals, and you can continue to contact us at terrapureenv.com for support.
• You can continue to reach us by submitting requests on the Terrapure website. We will eventually move your online home to gflenv.com, but for the time being and for ease of transition, please continue to visit us at terrapureenv.com.
