One Box Program
GFL offers a proprietary One Box program that delivers the fastest payment for returned products in the industry. The program analyzes all retail pharmacy returns against the most recent manufacturer policies on file, and ensures that all items are processed to maximize the value of each return. Pharmacies receive prepaid labels to return expired pharmaceutical products via GFL’s proprietary web portal.
Once a product is received, the One Box Returns Program allows pharmacies to bypass manufacturers’ lengthy return authorization processes, product segregation and credit reconciliation processes. This saves time and resources by eliminating the need to track manufacturer credits over periods that can stretch several months.
Both controlled and non-controlled substance returns are processed in a secure facility and handled in compliance with regulatory guidelines. To ensure that unsaleable products do not re-enter the distribution channel, all non-creditable products are destroyed in facilities licensed for each product type.
